Come in for a quick intro. Learn the layout, after-hours access, the gear, and the standards. Removes every reason not to show up.

Train

Use your own program or work with coaches on the floor. Ask questions, get feedback, keep climbing.

Is it a busy gym?

Memberships are capped at 150 to keep the experience consistent. Afternoons 3:30–6:30pm have the most energy. Outside of that, you'll have the floor to yourself.

Can I pause if life gets in the way?

Yes. Holds are available when you need them. The expectation is modify, not miss — and we make that easy.

I'm newer to strength training. Is this right for me?

Yes. The environment is serious but not exclusive. Coaches on the floor will point you in the right direction, and your free coaching consult gives you a proper starting point.

What's the difference between membership and coaching?

Membership gives you 24/7 access, coaches on the floor, and a community that holds a real standard. Coaching adds an individual program, weekly check-ins, and one-on-one attention. Most people start on membership and move into coaching once they feel the environment.

No lock-in — what does that actually mean?

You can cancel at any time with 28 days notice. No penalty, no fuss. We'd rather earn your loyalty through results than hold you with a contract.
